The incumbent of this role will be required to oversee all aspects of production in Antfarm. Key tasks will include but not be limited to:
Oversee and manage the successful delivery and production of all webcast and recording events for Antfarm, ensuring that each event is professionally delivered in line with client specification
Ensure that all technical requests are implemented and fulfilled to standard and within timelines, along with post-event technical and audience reporting to client
Be involved with Antfarm pre-sales in client engagements related to production.
Management of production resources, specifically onsite crew/independent contractors and /or outsourced suppliers and oversight of off-site support staff and processes.
Where necessary, be onsite for priority production management and/or oversight of live webcast events.
Ensure that all catalogues, on-demand libraries and related media are managed, complete and available in a highly professional format
Asset management of all production equipment and inventory, including maintenance of the equipment and procurement of new equipment within budget and according to Antfarm requirements and processes
Manage the change control process with client from pre-production through to final delivery, as well as ensuring liaison with the relevant account manager if commercial changes are required
Manage cost of sale and reporting thereof, ensuring that required operating profit is maintained

•A demonstrable track record in webcast or live video production, with a minimum of five years webcast or related live video production experience
•Proven project management experience is essential
•In-depth understanding of and experience in webcast/video production roles including director, lead/support producers, camera operator and offsite support
•Background in or in-depth knowledge of audio production will be an advantage
•Matric is required, with a relevant minimum three year tertiary qualification from an accredited university or similar serving as a recommendation
•Reliable own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
•Superb client management and people skills, coupled with a great track record in organizing and pulling off professional productions under stressful circumstances are must-haves
